My API call is returning an error

As explained in Using the Helios API, endpoints usually return a description of any errors that occurred in their response body. Also check the HTTP response status code to see what type of error it was (for example a problem with your request, a problem with your Activation Key).

My users have an issue with their microphone or camera

When users perform a thymia activity they first go through a small hardware check stage that checks their device's microphone, camera and internet connectivity. This works across many browsers and devices including mobile, laptop, tablet and desktop.

As part of this, they may be asked to manually enable their microphone or camera through browser settings. If this fails, refreshing the page may resolve any issues.
